kn9 Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between kn9 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses any service offered through the kn9 website and its associated subdomains and mobile-web interfaces, collectively referred to herein as "the Service".

By creating a kn9 account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the kn9 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Service.

kn9 reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated to registered players by email or via a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the kn9 Service is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the period of account activity:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. kn9 enforces a minimum age of 21 in all jurisdictions. 21+
2. You are accessing the Service as a private individual and not on behalf of a corporate entity for commercial gambling purposes.
3. You are not accessing the Service from any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
4. You are not acting as an agent, proxy, or representative of another person for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.
5. You have not previously been self-excluded from kn9 or had your account suspended or permanently closed by kn9 for any violation of these Terms.

kn9 may request government-issued identity documentation at any time for the purpose of verifying your age, identity, and residential address. Such documents may include, but are not limited to, a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to supply satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by kn9 will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and, ultimately, account closure. Any winnings accumulated during a period in which the player has failed to satisfy age or identity verification requirements may be forfeited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

kn9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment methods. Supported methods for Bangladesh players currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and select debit/credit card options where available. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and credited or debited from your kn9 wallet accordingly.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification tier and are displayed within the cashier section of your account dashboard at the time of transaction.

1. Deposits are credited to your kn9 wallet in real time in the vast majority of cases. In rare instances, processing delays caused by a payment provider may extend credit time by up to 30 minutes. kn9 is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
2. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within approximately 15 minutes for fully verified accounts using standard payment methods. Requests submitted during periods of high transaction volume, or for amounts above standard daily limits, may take up to 24 hours.
3. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the kn9 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
4. kn9 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal request. Such checks may include requesting documentary evidence of the source of deposited funds for withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000.
5. Any deposit that is reversed, charged back, or disputed by the payment provider after a wager has been placed will result in a negative balance obligation on the part of the player. kn9 reserves the right to offset such negative balances against future deposits and winnings.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

kn9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, expiry periods, and maximum cashout limits. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific terms of the promotion shall prevail.

1. Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first qualifying deposit. A player is eligible for the welcome bonus only once, regardless of whether they close and re-register their account.
2. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, a standard wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount applies.
3. Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the relevant promotion. Using a bonus on ineligible games will not contribute towards wagering requirements and may void the bonus entirely.
4. kn9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is cancelled before wagering requirements have been met, the bonus amount and any associated bonus winnings will be removed from the player's account. Any real-money balance deposited by the player will not be affected.
5. Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the use of duplicate accounts, matched betting strategies, arbitrage, or any form of coordinated bonus exploitation, will result in the cancellation of all bonuses held and may result in permanent account closure.
6. Free spins issued as part of a promotion expire 7 days from the date of issue unless a different expiry period is stated in the specific promotion terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the kn9 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and all balances, bonuses, and associated winnings may be forfeited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or otherwise manipulate the Service.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a manner that provides an unfair advantage. Players who discover a technical error are required to report it to kn9 support immediately.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in live dealer games, poker, or any other multi-player format.
• Using the kn9 platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any support interaction.
• Accessing the Service via a VPN, proxy, or any other technology designed to disguise your true geographic location for the purpose of circumventing access restrictions.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any other player's account or to any part of the kn9 platform infrastructure.
• Making chargeback requests to your bank or payment provider in bad faith following a legitimate transaction on the kn9 platform.

8. Responsible Gaming

kn9 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. We provide a suite of tools designed to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools include self-set deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time alerts, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. Players who believe that their gambling is causing harm to themselves or others are encouraged to contact the kn9 support team at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon receipt and cannot be reversed during the nominated exclusion period. kn9 will not send promotional communications to any player who is subject to an active self-exclusion.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the kn9 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game assets, software code, and the overall arrangement and presentation of such content, is the exclusive property of kn9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the kn9 platform or its content without the prior written consent of kn9. Any unauthorised use of kn9 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kn9 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or any other commercial or economic loss.

In no event shall kn9's total aggregate liability to any player, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, exceed the total net deposits made by that player to the kn9 platform in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kn9 does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

kn9 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering a kn9 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. kn9 employs industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption and secure data storage, to protect the personal information of its players.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of commercial law applicable to online service agreements. In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms, you agree to first contact the kn9 customer support team and allow a period of 30 calendar days for the matter to be resolved informally before initiating any formal proceedings.

kn9's decisions with respect to all aspects of bonus administration, wager settlement, account status, and the interpretation of these Terms are final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution process described above. kn9 strives to ensure that all decisions are fair, consistent, and made in good faith.

13. Account Termination

kn9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspicion of fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or at the player's own request. Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any pending bonus obligations) will be returned to the player via a supported payment method, provided that all verification requirements have been satisfied.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their kn9 account may do so by contacting the customer support team. Voluntary account closures requested under the Responsible Gaming self-exclusion framework are handled under the terms of the Responsible Gaming Policy and may not be reversed during the nominated exclusion period.
